Having just brewed our Wits & Giggles Belgian Wit, we thought it would compliment the Chinato barrel nicely…& we weren’t wrong. After about 3 months, the beer picked up some light dried fruit notes, a silkier mouth feel and some slight herbaceous bitterness.
