Juliane is our Taproom Manager and what would we do without her? 

Having joined the brewery in its early days, Juliane has been a valuable member of the team from the start. Applying her rich background of customer service and hospitality to every situation and relationship, but also coming full circle from her first serving job working in a bar out in Australia in the middle of nowhere. Since then Juliane has helped opening up successful restaurants in Scotland's capital, Edinburgh and also finished up her studies in Fine Arts and Visual Culture in the UK and Netherlands. 

Besides being able to pronouce all German style beer names and Umlauts correctly, Juliane has also been able to apply her keen eye for detail by making sure all regulars, locals and visitors alike can enjoy the brewery with all its offerings and leaving their worries right outside with the cherry trees. You could say, she's a balanced blend of efficiency and enthusiasm.

Beyond work, Juliane enjoys a round of tennis as much as going for a refreshing lake dip and a good cup of coffee at one of the local cafes. Analogue photography continues to be a very important part of her life, and many travels have been documented on the beloved Mamiya camera. This blend of professional dedication and personal passion continues to drive Juliane in both her career and personal pursuits.
