Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Abandoned Rail merch. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Please include your order number.

Not returnable: Gift cards, beer and other beverages, and items marked final sale.

Exchanges: Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll help you swap it, subject to stock.

How to return: Email info@arbrewco.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. You can drop returns off at the brewery (1220 Davenport Ave, Penticton, BC) during open hours, or ship them back to that address. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non refundable.
